I wish this was...

The aim of this post is to describe an empty space in a neighborhood I know in order to come up with 3 different ideas of business that would be suitable for that place and desired in that neighborhood.
I know a suburban place called "Druento"in which there is a 20k quare meter of a dismissed shed. This shed is reachable from Turin by 30 minutes of bus or 20 minutes by car. This spaced had been used by a company which produces electric cables, but because of economical crisis failed two years ago. Now this place is completed empty but the position would be great to focus on with a business plan in order to realize some different business idea that could really desired.
It's realistic to say that without enough founds it would takes so many time to achieve the desired goals, but it could help to come up with some best business to applicate in this contest.
I think that making a program of renovating that building could be a good long-term investment not only for an esthetics view, but also in order to create new the job places and improve the work environment inside that buildings.
A more simply idea could also be to transform this shed in a park with a small artificial lake to go there to make a simply walk or fitness. This will certainly improve the humor of people and in the long period also the general productivity of this neighborhood.
My last idea for that place is to turn it on a modern art gallery inside that shed because it would not cost as much as realizing the previous two ideas, and it would be desired in the neighborhood because it would give it more tourism and notoriety.

I have decided to make a sketch one of the Fedro's tale calle "the fox and the crow".

Here there are six potential business linked to each grow:

1. Food Examining Business
2. Food Tasting Business
3. Fashion Business
4. Skills Analysis Business
5. Musical Performance Business
6. Moral Teaching Business

How my mind works like

I tried to make a mind map including my Passion, my Gift and my Purposes. This map involves this three big whole in the center which contain three key words and each of them involes simply definitions which reflects my world.
My passions are Sports (expecially tennis) and Finance. I used to play tennis every day when I was younger, and still now I continue to play whenever I have time.
With Finance I don't only means something dealing with stock, but also the corporate finance which its aim is to provide enough resources to each corporate functions.
My Gifts are creativity and punctuality and both of them, combined with my Passions, can all contribute to reach my Purpose which is to become a manager in my future.

About my SDG (Suitable Developing Goals)...

• I think that the most 5 important SDG are Employment, Peace, Education, Poverty and Hunger are the most 5 important SDG. I have objective reasons to believe that they are all related each other. A lack of one of them can compromise all the others.
• As I came from Turin I would have chosen Michele Ferrero as my role model entrepreneur because he best shows how a successful person can use his genius ideas and a part of his revenue to the general welfare.

• I would recall an excellent work of one of my classmates who presented Reinaldo Cardoso with his company Renova Green. This company buys solar pannels and sold them at affordable price to the populations. I think that's would be the best sector to focus on and making that available also to the third world countries. This could be a way to use my skills to address Decent Work and Economic Growth.
